3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed order prices will be honored.

Wholesale and bulk pricing are available upon inquiry – please contact our sales team for customized quotes.
c) Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production or shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment gateways.

For large-volume wholesale or custom orders, deposit and balance payment structures may be negotiated separately.
d) Taxes and Duties

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The buyer is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges imposed on the transaction.
5. Production and Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
a) Product Specifications

For custom orders, we rely on the specifications and requirements provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all details (including sizing, fabrics, colors, and design elements) are accurate and complete.

Sample approval is required before mass production begins. We will not proceed to full production without written confirmation of sample approval from you.
b) Production Timelines

Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

We make every effort to meet stated timelines, but delays may occur due to material availability, quality control, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from production delays.
c) Quality Control

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.

Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to monitor settings, dye lots, or manual craftsmanship. These do not constitute defects and are not grounds for rejection or refund, unless they materially deviate from approved samples.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, methods, and timelines are specified in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit, except as provided in our Shipping Policy.

Customs clearance delays, import restrictions, or additional duties are your sole responsibility.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
a) Standard Stock Products

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos and detailed descriptions.

Approved returns will be replaced with corrected products. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
b) Custom/OEM/ODM Orders

All custom, made-to-order, and OEM/ODM products are final sale and non-returnable, unless they materially fail to conform to the approved sample.

Minor deviations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
c) Shipping Costs for Returns

For confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, patterns, and product samples, is the property of Muadress and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For OEM/ODM clients, any custom designs you provide remain your intellectual property. Any designs we create or develop specifically for you may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.

Infringing on the intellectual property rights of Muadress or any third party.
