Return Policy
- RETURN:
- 1.Receive a refund back to your original payment method.
- 2.If you need to return or exchange, please CONTACT US with your order number and details. We will respond within 24h with instructions. Please also notice we won’t process any unauthorized return or exchange before we reach an agreement.
- 3.MUADRESS promises to issue a full refund for any damaged, defective, mis-shipped or unsatisfied dresses. Pictures to prove the quality problems are required.
- 4.The items must be shipped back within 10 business days after its delivery to you. Therefore, please contact our customer service to process the return issue soon.
- 5.Please make sure all the items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with the original tags attached. We may refuse to process the return of any unqualified items.
- 6.It may take up to 3 business days to process your return once the package arrives back to us (more days during peak season). You will receive a refund soon after we check your return package. Please note your bank may take additional days to process the refund.
- EXCHANGE:
- 1.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service-muadress@outlook.com
- 2.Exchanges will be processed when your order is received back to MUADRESS. If you choose to make an exchange for an item of LESS value than the returned one, we will return the extra money to you.
- 3.If you choose to make an exchange for an item of equal value,MUADRESS will waive any item related restocking fees. This policy is applied per item.
- 4.If you choose to make an exchange for an item of MORE value than the returned one, please pay extra to us.
- 4.Please note it will take up to 2 weeks for your exchange to arrive to our facility. For exchanges needed in a rush we recommend you place an order for the new item now and ship the original item back for a refund.

- We cannot afford to accept the 'buy-many-keep-one' purchase，this is not in the range of our easy return policy.
