Sizes

Finding the perfect size is sometimes a challenge when we’re shopping online, but don’t you worry!

All you have to do is to take your measurements (around your bust, waist, and hips) with the help of a measuring tape and compare them with the size chart of the item you’re interested in (found under the tab “SIZE CHART”).

Keep in mind that the waist measurement is often the most important, since most of our dresses are form-fitting and have little stretch (unless directed otherwise).

The care instructions for each item are listed on the product page under the tab “detail”. In order to take proper care of your item, we recommend you follow the instructions that can be found on its’ tag. If “Dry clean only” is listed, it’s because that is the best method to care for it.

If the item contains leather, we recommend you refer your questions to a leather specialist. .

Place An Order

Once you have added your items to your shopping cart and clicked the “Checkout” button, you’ll find the field: “Gift card or discount code” wherein you can enter the discount code.

Based on the product you ordered, we will check the stock of warehouses. We have warehouses in the US,DE,FR,JP and other regions. We will choose the most suitable shippment to make sure you can receive it ASAP.

Orders shipped internationally (outside of the United States) can be subject to additional taxes and customs charges at the time of delivery. Please to check this with your local customs to see if these costs apply!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I have received my package, but unfortunately one of my items don’t suit me.

You have 10 days after the date of delivery of your package to return your purchase.

Please note that we do not pay for the shipping fees applicable to your return, unless the item has a defect or there was an error in your order.

The exchange option is only possible for the same item in a different size/colour/print OR an another item with the same price.

If the item you want is still available, we would be happy to reserve it for you.

The shipping of exchange items is only offered in United States; for exchanges shipped to internationally, we will contact you so you can pay the shipping costs.Please keep be in touch.

Once we have received your return, the exchange item will be sent to you within four days by mail to the address of your original order. You will receive a confirmation email of the delivery including the tracking number supplied by USA Post for your package.

Please note you can only exchange for the same item in a different size, colour, or print.

Sale items cannot be reimbursed, but you can exchange them or get a gift card.

The gift card never expires, so you can use it whenever the mood strikes you.

The shipping fees applicable to the return of your item are your responsibility.

We process the reimbursement of your items as soon as they are received and managed by our Returns Department.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, the reimbursement may take 1-7 business days before appearing in your bank statement.

Once we have received your return, we will hasten to mail your new item free of charge (only in USA), reserved for you as part of the exchange.
